This Acceptable Use Policy (this “AUP”) governs all use of the Nara platform, including creator storefronts hosted on Nara URLs, the AI-assisted tools we provide to creators, and all content, products, and services offered, sold, or monetized through the platform (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by NASD Inc. (“Nara,” “we,” “us,” and “our”).

This AUP applies to everyone who uses the Platform, including content creators who operate storefronts (“Creators”) and the visitors and purchasers on those storefronts (“End Users”). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Nara Creator Terms of Service and the Nara End User Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those documents. We may update this AUP from time to time by posting the updated version on the Platform; Creators will be notified of material updates.

1. Prohibited Content and Offerings

You may not use the Platform to create, upload, post, offer, sell, monetize, promote, or distribute any of the following:

i.Adult content and services. Content that contains nudity or explicit sexual acts, or services of a sexual nature, including, without limitation, subscriber-only nude images and adult audio, video, or live chat.

ii.Child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, whether real, simulated, or AI-generated. We have zero tolerance for such content; we will remove it, terminate the responsible account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and/or law enforcement.

iii.Non-consensual intimate imagery (“NCII”). Intimate imagery of any identifiable person published without that person’s consent, including computer-generated, AI-generated, or “deepfake” intimate depictions, and any threat to publish such imagery.

iv.Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement. Content or products that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other proprietary right, including, without limitation, copyright-infringing content such as leaked music albums, pirated courses, unlicensed reproductions, and counterfeit goods.

v.Violent extremism and hate. Content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence, or that promotes hate or violence toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic; and any support of terrorist organizations.

vi.Illegal products, services, and activity. Anything that is unlawful or that facilitates or promotes illegal activity, including illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia, and the sale of products or services that are unlawful in the jurisdiction to which they are offered or sold.

vii.Restricted and high-risk categories. Weapons, ammunition, and explosives; tobacco, vaping, and cannabis products; prescription pharmaceuticals and unapproved health products; gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes with entry fees, and games of chance played for anything of value; investment opportunities, securities, and digital assets/cryptocurrency products; and any other category prohibited by our payment processors or the card networks, as updated from time to time.

viii.Fraud and deception. Fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive content, offerings, or claims, including unsubstantiated health, benefit, or performance claims; deceptive earnings or income claims; multi-level marketing and “get-rich-quick” schemes; phishing; and impersonation of any person or organization.

ix.Harassment and harmful conduct. Content or conduct that harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates any person; doxxing or publishing others’ personal information without consent; and content that promotes self-harm or dangerous activities.

2. AI-Specific Rules

In addition to Section 1, the following rules apply to the Platform’s AI features and to AI-generated content on the Platform:

i.You may not use the Platform’s AI features to generate, or attempt to generate, any content prohibited by Section 1.

ii.You may not use AI features to impersonate any real person without that person’s documented consent, or to falsely attribute statements to any person.

iii.You may not publish fake, purchased-without-disclosure, or AI-fabricated reviews, testimonials, or endorsements, and you must disclose material connections in accordance with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides.

iv.You may not remove, obscure, suppress, or alter AI disclosures built into the Platform, and you may not represent that an AI-powered interaction, message, or piece of content is human-created where the Platform identifies it as AI-generated or where law requires disclosure.

v.AI-generated content that you approve and publish is your content, and you are responsible for it, including its accuracy and legality.

3. Payments and Transaction Rules

i.The Platform supports only the following transaction categories: (a) purchases of restricted or paid content (such as subscriber-only posts, gated feeds, digital courses, and in-person events); (b) purchases of digital goods (such as downloadable guides, templates, memberships, chat groups, badges, credits, and access passes); (c) tipping while an End User is viewing specific content the End User has paid to access; and (d) physical goods, such as creator merchandise.

ii.The following are prohibited: tipping for content hosted on linked external pages; payments unrelated to the sale of creator products, services, or content; splitting transactions to evade limits; and using the Platform to move money for any purpose other than bona fide purchases (including money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion).

iii.Tips and donations must comply with the requirements of our payment processors. Tips are payments to the Creator and may not be represented as charitable donations.

4. Platform Integrity

i.You may not: interfere with, disrupt, or place undue burden on the Platform; circumvent content filters, security measures, paywalls, or access controls; use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means not provided by us to access the Platform or extract data or content; introduce malware or other harmful code; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without authorization; share, sell, or transfer account credentials; or provide false or misleading information to Nara, Stripe, or any verification provider.

5. Reporting Violations

i.Anyone, including End Users, rights holders, and other parties, may report content or conduct that they believe violates this AUP, and may request removal of violating content, using the reporting tools available on each storefront or by contacting support@nara.space.

ii.Reports of NCII may be submitted through the same channels by the depicted individual or someone authorized to act on their behalf. We will remove reported imagery that reasonably appears to be NCII within forty-eight (48) hours of a valid removal request and will make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies of it.

iii.Copyright infringement notices should follow the DMCA notice procedures described in the Creator Terms of Service and the End User Terms of Use, addressed to our designated agent: Copyright Compliance Department, NASD Inc., 1919 14th Street, Suite 700, Boulder, CO 80302; copyright@nara.space.

iv.We review reports promptly. During our initial launch period, review is conducted manually by our trust and safety personnel; we expect to supplement manual review with programmatic detection and demonetization tools as the Platform scales.

6. Enforcement

i.If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that content or conduct violates this AUP, we may take any of the following actions, individually or in combination, depending on the severity, intent, and history of the violation: issue a warning; require edits before publication; remove, restrict, or demonetize specific content or listings; suspend AI features, the storefront, payouts (in coordination with our payment processors), or the account; or permanently terminate the account.

ii.Repeat violators. We apply escalating consequences to accounts with repeated violations. We evaluate repeat violations case by case, and accounts that repeatedly violate this AUP will be suspended or terminated. It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.

iii.Immediate action. We may act immediately and without prior notice where we reasonably believe a violation is serious or unlawful, poses a risk of harm to any person, involves content described in Sections 1(ii) or 1(iii), or where required by law, our payment processors, or the card networks.

iv.Appeals. Except where prohibited by law or where we reasonably believe engagement would create risk, we will notify the affected user of enforcement action and the general reason for it, and the user may appeal by contacting support@nara.space within fourteen (14) days. We will review appeals and respond within a reasonable period.

v.We may preserve and disclose content and account information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person, and we may refer matters to law enforcement.
